Conyers Construction is fully insured with business liability and workman’s compensation insurance.

Payment terms
30% initial contact
30% material delivery
40% project completion

Warranty
Composite: Most of the national manufacturers provide a limited warranty, fully transferable, against material defects.  This warranty covers splitting, splintering, checking, rot, decay, and termite damage.  You should review the warranty period with your Conyers Construction representative.

Workmanship: Conyers Construction provides a two year warranty on workmanship.

Timelines
We will provide an expected start date. As this date is subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control, we strive to keep our customers aware of changes to our timelines.
