From start to finish, Conyers Construction will help you build your outdoor dreams with friendly and professional services.

Consultation & Estimate:
Our consultations and estimates are always free. Contact us today, we'll meet with you to discuss the deck of your dreams and how to make it a reality.

Permits:
Conyers Construction will obtain all required permits and contact the appropriate utilities.

Design:
We use CAD software with 3D rendering to allow you to visualize your completed project. See a sample deck design proposal and options.

Construction:
We'll keep you informed during the entire process, allowing you to provide feedback or even request minor adjustments if necessary.

Clean-up
Conyers Construction will dispose of scrap materials and debris as a part of the normal construction process. We strive to minimize the impact of our construction on the exisiting landscape.

Repairs to Existing Decks
We treat this process as an integral part of our business. We will evaluate your existing structure and give an estimate to bring the structure up to speed. Our goal on repairs is to provide a safe environment for you to enjoy.

Materials

We use a variety of materials to suit the project, location and customer. As part of our free consultation, we'll discuss the pros and cons of each material to determine the application and cost for your project.

Composite
We offer almost all the leading names in composite and vinyl decking . The product is viable alternative to conventional wood. Low maintenance with scratch and stain resistant the manufacturers offer warranties with the time frame of twenty to twenty five years. Composites are one of the hottest categories with decking. The major manufacturers now have a wide variety of colors. Major manufactures include Fiberon, Trex, Evergrain, CertainTeed, and Azek among others. One added benefit our customers may choose is hidden fasteners where the screws are virtually not visible.

Treated
This traditional decking material is the least expensive of the materials offered. It may be stained and/or sealed to enhance the beauty and increase the lifespan.

Cedar
Pricing for the other traditional decking is some what more expensive than composite but when sealed and/or stained is offers a beautiful decking. It will need to be occasionally sealed to preserve its beauty.

Exotics
One of our hottest items over the last few years is Tiger Decking. It is an exotic hardwood from Central and South America. Kiln dried, it carries a twenty five year warranty . Our recommended sealant is available in a number of shades which enhance the beauty. A number of customers have commented that it is like having an interior flooring material out side on their deck. Its density and hardness make it extremely insect unfriendly.

Railings
You may choose a number of choices in the railing and balusters (pickets).. Many customers choose to mix and match the railing and balusters. One choice is to make the railing as closely as possible to the decking. Another alternative is mix a different color railing within the manufactures railing. White vinyl railing and balusters continue to offer an exceptional look with virtually not issues. It is available for any type decking.

Balusters
Along with the expansion of the color palette for decking, balusters are now available in a variety of shapes and colors. As you make your selection we will discuss your choice in both railings and balusters.

Lighting
There are a number of low voltage outdoor lighting styles available. These range for lights on post tops or sides to lighting for stairs. We will discuss your choices during the proposal stage. All offer enhancements in achieving your “outdoor dreams.”

Under Decking
Many home owners choose this to increase storage capacity under their deck.. The materials to choose from range from rubber membranes to vinyl to metal. The systems may be used either with existing decks or new construction. They offer waterproof spaces with water draining of through a guttering system. The metal systems are available in a number of different colors.. this product is referred to often as a ceiling for the underside of a deck..

Screen Rooms and Roofs
We will work our customers who desire a screen room . The design process may be integrated with the deck proposal. This offers a bug free room and an added benefit for additional alternative. Once more it may be chosen to blend in with the decking or add a contrasting scheme. We also offer the addition of a roof over en existing deck or patio.

Concrete
Another choice customers may make is for a concrete patio. It is available in different colors and styles.

Retaining Walls
We also offer retaining walls in a number of different colors and shapes. This is a rapidly expanding market with a growing number of new products.

Pavers
Some of the most attractive products for your yards. There are number of different colors and shapes to enhance your “backyard dreams.” You may choose from natural stone to manufactured materials.

Fencing
We do fencing in composite. vinyl. cedar and treated materials. We will be more than happy to design your layout.
